Jeannie joined Hermes from Citigroup, where she was a Senior Press Officer for EMEA, responsible for equities, research and transaction services PR. Prior to joining Citigroup, Jeannie was worked at financial services PR agency Penrose Financial between 2005-2008. Her career in communications began in 2003 whilst working for a US Senator as a Legislative Adviser, where she also took on the role of Press Secretary. Jeannie graduated with a degree in Law and Economics from Franklin & Marshall, in Lancaster PA, and is an alumni of Oxford University's Said Business School.

Andrew is responsible for protecting the Dolfin brand and raising the firm's market profile while building strong, long-lasting relationships with its clients. His team manages Dolfin's corporate communicaitons, publishes and promotes its content, and delivers its ongoing programme of client events.
Andrew joined Dolfin in 2015 from Deutsche Bank, where he had global responsibility for the marketing of the bank's securities services business as well as being functional lead for its digital marketing channels.
Before joining Deutsche Bank, Andrew built up 14 years' of expertise in a variety of marketing and communications roles in the financial sector. A short stint in the back-office of J.P. Morgan Investment Management was followed by sales & marketing roles for two fintech providers, then eight years with SWIFT - ultimately as its global head of marketing communications. He also has agency-side experience having spent 18 months with Cognito, a leading communications firm for the financial and technology sectors.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws from Cardiff University, a Masters in European Business Administration from the University of the West of England and has completed Solvay Business School's TransConstellation Management of Financial Transaction Services programme.
