Goldman Sachs Asset Management
Alexis is head of International Developed Markets Equity for Goldman Sachs Asset Management's (GSAM) Fundamental Equity team, overseeing portfolio management and investment research for the firm's global and international equity strategies. He is the lead portfolio manager of GSAM's Global Equity Partners (GEP), Global Equity Partners ESG, International Equity ESG and International Equity Income strategies. Alexis has primary research responsibility for financials and also serves as the financials global sector lead. He joined the Fundamental Equity team in London in 2002 as a research analyst, and then became a portfolio manager for the European and international equity strategies, before relocating to New York in 2017. Alexis was named managing director in 2015.
Alexis earned a Masters in Finance, Economics and General Management from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) in 2003 and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2006.
Head of EMEA ETF Equity & Commodity Product Management
Chris leads the EMEA ETF equity and commodity product management team at Invesco, responsible for providing support and analysis for the range of equity and commodity ETFs. Before joining Invesco he worked as an investment strategist, focusing on market timing and tactical allocation across regions, sectors and styles for Sunrise, State Street Global Markets, Credit Suisse and Societé Générale.
Chris holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Inorganic Chemistry from Balliol College, Oxford. He is also a charterholder of the CFA Institute.
Global Head of Equities
Ghadir Cooper was appointed Global Head of Equities in 2016 and is a member of the European management team. Prior to this, Ghadir was Head of the EMEA & Global Frontiers Team and lead manager on the Barings Eastern European Fund. Having joined Barings as part of the Global Emerging Equity Team in 1997, Ghadir was appointed a Director in 2001. Prior to joining the firm's Emerging Equity Team, Ghadir worked at BZW Asset Management, where she was an investment analyst focusing on the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America regions. Ghadir holds a BSc and a Ph.D in Theoretical Physics from Durham University and is fluent in Arabic.
Lee grew up in China during a period of incredible economic and social progress, when hundreds of millions of people were lifted out of poverty and the standard of living improved for the majority of the population. Witnessing that has influenced Lee deeply about the role of businesses in society.
Lee joined Baillie Gifford in 2012 and is an Investment Manager for the Positive Change strategy and a member of the Positive Change Portfolio Construction Group. He graduated BA (Hons) in Economics and Management from Oxford University in 2012.

Vicki Bakhshi is a Director in the Responsible Investment team. She joined the firm in November 2006, prior to which she spent five years in the UK government, including as the Prime Minister's policy adviser on climate change, and as a senior member of the team responsible for the Stern Review on the Economics of Climate Change. She also spent three years as a leader writer at the Financial Times, and two years as an economist at the Bank of England. Vicki chairs the UKSIF Leadership Committee, has served on the Board of the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change, and was also named by Financial News in 2013 as one of the top 100 influential women in finance in Europe. Vicki holds an MSc in Economics from Warwick University and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
